We already seen some photos from the set where Andy Serkis as Caesar on a horse confronting a group of human survivors. Now SuperHeroHype has found where the production has set up an overgrown San Francisco there is not much to see only ghost town and some greenery it can re-used for the shoot of ‘I am legend 2.’With the film being set 15 years after its predecessor, vines and huge stalks of grass have been brought in to make the big city look like a jungle. You’ll also be able to see in many of the photos that false fronts have been brought in for many of the buildings to give them an aged and unkempt appearance.
In addition, you can see a few San Francisco indicators, such as the lighthouse, the broken down bus with a billboard on top of it, and one building with a sign that reads “Federal Reserve of San Francisco.” Check out one of the images of the jungle below.Directed by Matt Reeves with a script from Scott Z. Burns, Amanda Silver, Rick Jaffa and Mark Bomback, Dawn of the Planet of the Apes continues the story that began in 2011’s Rise of the Planet of the Apes.
