Red Band Neighbors Trailer

Produced by Rogen with his long-time collaborative partner Evan Goldberg and Directed by Nicholas Stoller’s Neighbors, (formerly Townies) has just debuted a red band trailer and some stills from the movie, via MTV.

Stoller is the director behind popular comedies like Forgetting Sarah Marshall, Get Him to the Greek and The Five-Year Engagement, as well as the writer of movies like The Muppets and Yes Man.

His newest movie — written by Andrew Cohen and Brendan O’Brien, also both veterans of the Judd Apatow comedy camp — stars Seth Rogen, Zac Efron and Rose Byrne and it’s about a “young couple suffering from arrested development who are forced to live next to a fraternity house after the birth of their newborn baby. “
